Javits Center
429 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10001, UNITED STATES

Located on Manhattan’s West Side, the Javits Center is a premiere events venue designed by architect James Ingo Freed of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. With one of the largest glass ceilings in the city, the space frame structure was constructed from 1980 to 1986 and was named to honor the legendary Jacob Javits, the United States Senator for New York.

A leader in sustainability, security and technology, the Javits Center is a wildlife sanctuary, a community partner and a nationwide nexus, and sets a new standard for convention centers throughout the country. People from all over the world congregate at this striking venue for cultural enrichment, stimulating conversations and coveted networking opportunities.
